The purpose of this site is to inform you about the application by Homburg Invest, Inc. for protection under the Canadian Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA”).

This website will be updated frequently with new information as it becomes available.

What is CCAA?

CCAA is not bankruptcy.  Instead, it means that Homburg Invest has asked the Court in Canada for protection from its creditors, so that the Company can restructure its business and financial affairs.

On September 9, 2011 the Canadian Court appointed Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche Inc. as the Court-appointed Monitor to oversee the CCAA process.

As Monitor, Samson Bélair /Deloitte & Touche Inc. has set up a separate website, on which all official documents from the CCAA proceedings will be made available, including the Monitor’s periodic reports to the Canadian Court on the status of the Company’s CCAA proceedings .

The Monitor’s web site can be found at: www.deloitte.com/ca/homburg-invest.

Thank you,
